Every year The International Holland Music Sessions organizes over 100 public concerts. In addition to the public concerts, TIHMS organizes sponsored concerts throughout the Netherlands for an invited audience as well as children's concert projects for educational purposes. These (private) concerts are not listed in the concert diary.

The International Holland Music Sessions offers various concert opportunities to its best participants, from venues such as The Amsterdam Concertgebouw to other well known stages in various cities in the Netherlands.
